Some historical & technical notes:

In 1979, on the occasion of Oskar Barnack's 100th birthday, 1000 copies were produced, the metal parts of which were coated (by electroplating in a galvanic bath) with 24-carat gold and the body was provided with lizard skin. The special number is at the top, while the back features Oskar Barnack's signature with the years 1879-1979.
